Zagapalooza 2022
We had a wonderful night's entertainment at our annual Battle of the Bands, Zagapalooza, last night. Many thanks to MC Dr Clark, Stage Designer Ms R. McCarthy, Judges Ms McCague, Ms McCarthy, Cormac Gunning and Mark Mulvey, Organiser Mr Earley, Auditions and Music Ms O'Brien and everyone else involved!
The winners were:
Best Act: An Criú Craiceáilte - a trad band playing a modern trad style including Liam Ó Laoide, Eric Nolan, Adam Nolan, Darragh Geraghty, Jacques Murphy and Michael Sullivan.
Best Individual Performance: Cuan McCauley who played a 5 string bass guitar with a huge amount of skill.

Zagapalooza 2019
Congratulations to everyone involved in the 2019 Battle of the Bands, Zagapalooza, held on 3 April. Mark Mulvey in S4D won the overall competition, and Mark Brennan in S6A won the Best Individual Performer award. See more photos here.
Zagapalooza 2018
Well done to everyone involved in this year's Zagapalooza for putting on a great show on Wednesday 2nd May. The winner was JOBK (Joey Breathnach Kerins S6A) and best individual performance was awarded to Fullo (Oisin Fulham-Smith S6B).

Zagapalooza 2017
Our annual Battle of the Bands took place in a packed-out Coulson Theatre on Wednesday 10th May. The organisers did a great job and the performers put on a terrific show; very well done to all. MC for the night was Mr Justin Howlett. See more photos here.

First place: Cormy G and the 123s (Fourth Year)
Second place: Tenacious Bean (Sixth Year)
Third place: Two Door Coulson Theatre Club (Fifth Year)
Best performer: Pritish Josh
