Welcome to BaxterStorey. We are delighted to be the chosen caterers in Gonzaga College and the most important thing to tell you is that we are a FRESH food company. We believe that great food starts with fresh, seasonal produce, sourced locally and delivered daily. Our Executive Chef, Audrey Crone (who is also Captain of the Irish culinary team) has worked with your Chef Manager Ann Moran to devise new menus for the coming academic year and you will see a lot of new ideas and some old favorites.


So we haven’t forgotten the treats. Muffins, cookies, brownies, flapjacks and carrot cake will all be baked fresh on-site every day.


Also we have introduced the new Better Balance which you can see the nutritional breakdown of what you are eating.


Ann and her team will be running the transition year cookery school, which comprises a 6 week program of two, two hour classes, during which the students will learn about kitchen safety, methods of cookery and planning a healthy diet. The idea is to teach the students some life-skills in a fun environment. Last years programme proved to be a great success once again.


We will communicate with you throughout the year on the Gonzaga College website where we will display our weekly menus and let you know about food promotions and initiatives. We will also give you monthly information on seasonal produce and what to look out for in shops and supermarkets.
