Gordon Carberry, our Chef Manager, entered the Chef Ireland Competition 2021 organised by Catex Hospitality Exhibition. This competition is held every two years in the RDS.
Congratulations to Gordon who received a silver medal in the first round on Tuesday. He then went on to complete on the final day and received a gold medal and was announced the overall winner of the competition.
