Congratulations to Hugo Loomes (1A) who came 1st in the Athy Triathlon Club Junior Duathlon on Sunday 1st October. Hugo competed in the event for the very first time, recording a time of 27 mins 17 secs, which was 40 seconds faster than the next competitor in his age category (40+ competitors). The event comprised of a 1km run followed by a 10km cycle and a 1km run to finish!
This is an outstanding result!
Hugo has now been added to the Junior Duathlon race series.
